Varies Varies May-September TRACK EVENT HOUR DETAILS On non-game days, events may begin at 6:30 AM and must conclude by 11:59 PM. Event spaces will only be open at the time of a scheduled contact ar- rival as agreed upon with your event manger. No earlier access is granted unless previously arranged. Guests who arrive early to the ballpark will not be granted access to event spaces. Events that go over the scheduled event end time will be subject to additional event hour fees of $100 per every hour over. Rental rates are for up to seven (7) hours, unless otherwise noted. Additional hours may be added for a non-prorated charge of $100 per hour. CAPACITIES AND OTHER AMENITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. AMFAMFIELD.COM || 8 CONFERENCE CENTER The Brewers Conference Center meeting rooms are ideal for groups of 10 - 150 prior to Brewers home games or on non-game days as breakout spaces. Each of the rooms offer audio-visual capabilities including ceiling mounted projectors, drop-down screens and in-room audio systems. The Executive Suite, Abramson and Uecker Rooms are located on the PNC Club Level and are available year-round. Directly upstairs on the Terrace Level, the Molitor, Yount and Aaron Rooms are available during the baseball season, April through September. CLUB LEVEL ROOMS EXECUTIVE SUITE On Game Days the rental includes an option for a pre-game meeting, 30 game tickets, 4 parking passes and ballpark fare catering during the game. On non- game days the space is perfect for a small breakout or board meeting. ABRAMSON ROOM The Abramson Room is the smallest of the conference rooms and ideal for 10 - 30 person board meetings or other functions. UECKER ROOM The Uecker Room is a large multi-functional room available year- round for groups of 30 to 60+. It boasts a built-in buffet for catering services, ideal for day-long meetings or large breakouts. AMFAMFIELD.COM || 9 CONFERENCE CENTER TERRACE LEVEL ROOMS MOLITOR ROOM The Molitor Room is the smaller of the three rooms located on the Terrace Level. It accommodates groups of 20 to 50 as a stand alone space or additional breakout. YOUNT ROOM The Yount Room is a mid-sized meeting space ideal for groups of 25 to 60. It is conveniently adjacent to the Aaron Room via removable air wall to allow for an open, larger event space. AARON ROOM The Aaron Room is the largest meeting room, designed for up to 100 guests. It is perfect for full day seminars and meetings, with a pre-function area immediately out- side the room for catering or displays. The Aaron Room can also be combined with the Yount Room for additional space.
