An Achievable Dream Live Auction Rules Your auctioneer for the evening: William J. Summs Accelerated Auction Remarketing a division of Atlantic Asset Management Group, Inc. 1. The live auction begins at approximately 8:45 p.m. 2. Payments are due at the conclusion of the evening. Personal checks, cash, MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. Checks and cash are the preferred payment methods. 3. Checks should be made payable to An Achievable Dream. 4. All items are the responsibility of the owner and must be removed at the end of the Tennis Ball. Vehicles will be returned to the donating dealer for pick-up. A deposit of at least 25% of the winning-bid amount must be made on all vehicles on the night of the auction. 5. All items or services are sold as described. They are not exchangeable. Items or services must be redeemed within one year unless otherwise stated. 6. In the event of a dispute, the auctioneer will have the sole and final decision. This may include determining the successful bidder or reoffering and reselling any item in dispute. 7. An Achievable Dream, its agents or officers shall not be held responsible for authenticity or defect of any item. Furthermore, An Achievable Dream agents or officers shall not be held responsible for any typographical errors or any misrepresentation of items listed herein. 8. An Achievable Dream agents or officers reserve the right to “no sale” an item if the minimum price is not bid. 9. No refund will be given for any reason. All sales are final. 41 Live Auction Items 1.
