Flørli is a tiny village without road access on the shores of the Lysefjord. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 13:00 there is a fast ferry to Flørli leaving directly from the city centre of Stavanger. It takes you past numerous islands and sounds, you’ll drop y a ouple of illages and then enter the spectacular fjord. The ferry goes twice daily, except for saturdays and also leaves from Lauvvik and Forsand – see www.florli.no/getting-here. Flørli in summer is a bustling tourist attraction. Visitors from all over the world come here to experience the unique atmosphere of the town and hike the 4444 steps to the top of the mountain – the orld’s longest ooden stairay. Flørli is strategically located between the Kjerag and Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), two of the main tourist attractions of Fjord Norway, which also adds to its popularity.
