Case No. 1 Proposed construction of residential building in Chalta No. 7,8,23,24 & 4 of P.T. sheet No. 65 of Vasco city, Mormugao Taluka, by Mr. Mario J. Alvares (GCZMA/S/10-11/ 18 ). Decision: Approved, subject that the construction should be in accordance with the local building byelaws and in accordance with TCP/MPDA and local authority guidelines. Case No.2 Proposed repair and renovation and addition on ground and first floor to the existing house in Chalta No. 28, 29 & 30 of P.T. sheet No. 12 of Panaji city, Tiswadi Taluka, by Mr. Dharmanand Verekar (GCZMA/N/10-11/28). Decision: Approved, subject that the construction should be in accordance with the local building byelaws and in accordance with TCP/NGPDA and local authority guidelines. Case No.3 Proposed repair and renovation to the existing house in Chalta No. 34, 37 of P.T. sheet No. 4 of Panaji city, Tiswadi Taluka, by Mrs. Filomena Costa (GCZMA/N/10-11/33). Decision: Approved, subject to the construction should be in accordance with the local building byelaws and in accordance with TCP/NGPDA and local authority guidelines. 56.2 Item No. 2 (Repair & Renovation/Development in CRZ-III Area). Case No. 1 Proposed repairs and renovation of existing house (Collapsed) in Sy. No. 5/7 of Maxem- Loliem village, Canacona Taluka, by Mrs. Inacinha Fernandes (GCZMA/S/10-11/16). Decision: Approved from CRZ angle, permission for repairs and renovations granted subject to the condition that the plinth and FAR remain the same. This house was broken during the flash floods last year. 2 Case No. 2 Proposed repairs and renovation of existing house in Sy. No. 5/7 of Loliem village, Canacona Taluka, by Mr. Victor Dias (GCZMA/S/10-11/17). Decision: Approved from CRZ angle, permission for repairs and renovations granted subject to the condition that the plinth and FAR remain the same.This house was broken during the flash floods last year. Case No. 3 Proposed repairs and renovation of existing Bhatti (Distillery) in Sy. No. 130/13 of Agonda village, Canacona Taluka, by Mr. Heraldo Fernandes (GCZMA/S/10-11/23). Decision: Approved from CRZ angle, permission for repairs and renovations granted subject to the condition that the plinth and FAR remain the same. Case No. 4 Proposed repairs and renovation of the existing house in Sy.No. 174/19 of Calangute Village, Bardez Taluka, by Mr. Joao F. Fernandes, Cruz Fernandes, Severina Fernandes( GCZMA/N/09-10/23). Decision: Approved from CRZ angle, permission for repairs and renovations granted subject to the condition that the plinth and FAR remain the same. Case No. 5 Proposed repairs and renovation of the existing house in Sy.no. 207/4 of Calangute Village, Bardez Taluka, by Mr. Maria D.Gonsalves, Mr. Bruno A. Gonsalves( GCZMA/N/09- 10/35). Decision: Approved from CRZ angle, permission for repairs and renovations granted subject to the condition that the plinth and FAR remain the same. Case No.6 Proposed repairs of existing house in Sy. No. 132/9 of Nagorcem-Palolem Village, Canacona Taluka, by Smt. Laxmi Vishram Pagi ( GCZMA/S/10-11/26). No. 86 of Vasco city, Mormugao Taluka, by Our Lady of Desterro Church (GCZMA/S/-09-10/22) Decision: Approved, subject to the condition that any traditional access should not be blocked and also subject to the construction should be in accordance with the local building bye laws and in accordance with TCP/MPDA and local authority guidelines. Case No. 2 Proposed construction of compound wall in Chalta No. 2 of PTS No. 175 of Vasco city, Mormugao taluka, by M/s. Mormugao Port Trust (GCZMA/S/10-11/21) Decision: Approved, subject to the condition that any traditional access should not be blocked and also subject to the construction should be in accordance with the local building bye laws and in accordance with TCP/MPDA and local authority guidelines. 5 Case No.3 Proposed construction of compound wall/wire Mesh Fencing in survey No. 16/1(Part) and 14/3(Part) of Cortalim village of Mormugao taluka, by Mr. Dominic Rodrigues,(GCZMA/S/10-11/24) Decision: Approved, subject to the condition that any traditional access should not be blocked. Wire fencing/ Bio fencing is permitted within CRZ-III area. Case No. 4 Reconstruction of existing gate at Raj Bhavan in chalta No. 1 of PTS. No. 168 of Panaji city Tiswadi taluka, by Chief Architect (PWD), Altinho, Panaji-Goa (GCZMA/N/10-11/30) Decision: Approved on account of security reasons, subject to the condition that any traditional access should not be blocked 56.4 Item No. 4 (Other development / construction of jetty / Repair of barges / Dry-Docks / Regularisation etc.) Case No. 1 Permission for berthing and operation of motor yatch/motor boats the property abutting Sy.No. 31/4 of Penha da Franca in Bardez taluka, by Mr. Agnelo J. Fernandes,(GCZMA/N/10-11/27) Decision: The GCZMA members opined that there exists a bird sanctuary and thick mangroves within buffer area of the wildlife eco-sensitive area. The GCZMA members where not infavour of that the proposal and opined that prior approval from Forest Department should be obtained Case No. 2 Permission for laying GAIL 24” dia Pipeline & OFC across Nala in South Goa District, by GAIL (India) Limited, (GCZMA/N/10-11/ 12). Decision: After presentation done by the officials of GAIL (India), Ltd., it was decided to approve the proposal for laying GAIL 24” dia pipeline & OFC., subject to Compensatory Afforestation of the mangrove species be carried out in consultation with Forest Department, over thrice the area lost. Similarly a monitoring group should be set up to monitor the pipe laying process in such eco-sensitive and vulnerable areas. 6 Case No. 3 Permission for setting up of Reverse Osmosis Water Generation Plant at INS HANSA at Dabolim, by Commanding Officer, INS HANSA Dabolim(GCZMA/S/10-11/10) Decision: Deferred, More details are required from the project proponent as regards to the development sought to be carried out in the matter.
