Molly Hanson: The Dodgeville, Wisconsin, native earned second-team All-America hon- ors at last year’s NCAA outdoor championships with an 11th-place showing in the 1500 meters. Hanson ran a season-best time of 4 minutes, 18.63 seconds at the NCAA West Preliminary Round to qualify for this year’s NCAA championships. Deanna Latham: In her first heptathlon of the season at the 2015 Big Ten Outdoor Championships, Latham broke the school record with a score of 5,914 points to finish runner-up. Latham looks to become the first Badger to break 6,000 points in her final collegiate competition for Wisconsin. Michael Lihrman: The Big Ten record holder, Lihrman ranks second in the country in the hammer throw with a mark of 247-0, which ranks 11th in NCAA history. Lihrman was third at the 2014 NCAA Outdoor Championships in the hammer and looks to end his UW areer with a third national championship. Malachy Schrobilgen: The two-time cross country All-American will make his national championship track debut in the 10,000 meters. Wednesday’s final marks his third- ever 10,000 meters race, as he won his debut race in 29:19.55 at the 2015 Big Ten Outdoor Championships and finished 12th in 30:13.27 at the 2015 NCAA West Preliminary Round.
