This way shifts in school culture are sustainable even after the admin move on. BCPVPA_Amorie Kruger: The three optional Breakout rooms at the end of the day will be the following: Instructional Leaders at work, Instructional Leadership a New Perspective, & General Questions. 12 Leann Buteau SD43 Coquitlam: A wonder from Group 12 was how to navigate an evaluation as a VP when your principal does not support your belief a teacher needs an evaluation despite mounting data showing the need. Jolene Krell: Our district offered a course for any interested administrators to take a course on investigations and there is also a course on supportive conversations which gives great modelling of questioning. 3 Aaron Maxwell SD61 Victoria: I also think that there is a real need for training (and potential frameworks) for effective documentation. It is crucial to what we do, and many districts have different expectations around documentation standards.
