We coordinated a bulk purchase as well as proposed a coordinated bulk selling process. The campaign was highly successful and as most of the units sold by us were the larger 2-bedroom units, we dominated almost the entire allocated foreign quota for the project. Our members and guests were given the opportunity to learn more about investing in Bangkok properties.
