This decision follows a detailed review of our regional newspaper portfolio. This highlighted that many of our regional print mastheads were no longer viable, and the double impact of COVID-19 and the tech platforms not paying for content they use, has, unfortunately, made the print version unsustainable. We recognise the significance of this decision to your business and to the local communities that we serve.
