Coaches are employed to help you become better athletes and are always looking to provide feedback and advice. 2. Know your PB’s off by heart (remember they are only valid for one year unless you improve your PB at an accredited meet) As a minimum please ensure that – Red (JS1) know at least your 50m times, Yellow (JS2) know at least your 100m times, Green (JS3) Left to right – Morven, Louise and Maggie know at least your 200m times and finally the Youth Squad (Gold) you need to know everything! Q1. How old were you when you learned to swim? I learned to swim when I was eight or nine years old. I was the first ever swimmer to progress from Aberdeen City Aquatics all the way through to COAST! Q2. What is you best and least favourite stroke? My favourite stroke was butterfly, although I probably couldn’t swim more than a length these days! My least favourite stroke is backstroke. Q3.
