Coaches are employed to help you become better athletes and are always looking to provide feedback and advice. 2. Q1. How old were you when you learned to swim? I learned to swim when I was eight or nine years old. I was the first ever swimmer to progress from Aberdeen City Aquatics all the way through to COAST! Q2. What is you best and least favourite stroke? My favourite stroke was butterfly, although I probably couldn’t swim more than a length these days! My least favourite stroke is backstroke. Q3.
