The conference will discuss a wide range of problems associated with the storage, processing, analysis and visualization of data relating to different scientific and applied areas of human activity. The Workshop was supported by RFBR, research project No. 15-07-21015 G The papers are included as they are submitted by authors, without editing © Ufa State Aviation Technical University, 2015 Foreword These Proceedings contain the full texts of the papers, selected for presentation at the 1 th International Workshop on Technologies of Digital Signal Processing and Storing (DSPTech’2015). DSPTech’2015 Conference aims to promote discussion of the development of research and innovation in the field of information technology and its applications. The conference will discuss a wide range of problems associated with the storage, processing, analysis and visualization of data relating to different scientific and applied areas of human activity. The Workshop attracted more than one hundred submitted papers from different countries including both conceptual and experience papers. Both types of submissions were evaluated similarly, in accordance with standards of international forums. The careful reviewing procedure by the program committee resulted in 49 papers being chosen for the presentation in the international track (Volume 2). The next sections – System Engineering, Models, Methods and Algorithms of Data Processing and Storing, Import Substitution and Software and Hardware for Automation and Control, Innovative Technologies and Methods of Economical and Social Data Processing – appear to be gaining attention. Some of the experience papers, especially at the industrial sessions, reflect the results in development/application of real systems, and were considered by the program committee to be of interest to a wider community. The program Committee would like to extend appreciation to all those who submitted the preliminary versions of the papers or extended for international peer reviewing. Finally, our thanks go to all the attendees of the Workshop here in Ufa, Russia that boosted the research activity in the Technologies of Digital Signal Processing and Storing.
