Call to Order, Roll Call, Pledge of Allegiance, and call for possible Flexible Agenda. (John Hawk, COO) (For Possible Action) Chair Fox called meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. John Hawk confirmed everyone from Flagship meeting still present. At this time, agenda item 2 was opened. 2). Public Comments #1. Public comment will be taken during this agenda item regarding any item appearing on the agenda. No action may be taken on a matter discussed under this item until the matter is included on an agenda as an item on which action may be taken. See NRS 241.020. A time limit of three (3) minutes, subject to the discretion of the Chair, will be imposed on public comments. Public Comment #2 will provide an opportunity for public comment on any matter not on the agenda. No public comments. 3). Approve the reappointment of two members to the board for a final two-year term. Possible discussion around any upcoming vacancies based on the organizational structure. (ref. PLCY_03.001) (Matthew Fox, Chair) (For Possible Action). a. Nohemi Garcia (reappointment); and b. Cathy Sterbentz (reappointment) John Hawk indicates agenda items may be voted on together because they were already voted on separately during the Flagship meeting. Chair Fox moved to approve agenda item 3a-b). Vice Chair Pelham seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. 8-0-0. 4). CONSENT AGENDA: Information concerning the following consent agenda items has been forwarded to Governing Body members for study prior to the meeting. Unless a Governing Body Member has a question concerning a particular item and asks that it be withdrawn from the consent list, items are approved at one time. Motion carried unanimously. 8-0-0. 5). BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING: Approval of an amended final budgets for FY1920 and proposed tentative budgets for FY2021 under NRS 387.720. (John Hawk, COO) (For Possible Action) John Hawk – Same budget approved during April workshop, asking for final approval. Matthew Fox moved to approve agenda item 5).
