Badger Ludington dock facility will be received by the City of Ludington, 400 S Harrison Street, Ludington, MI 49431, until 1:00 p.m. (EST), local time on Friday, November 2, 2018, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing improvements to the car ferry dock that generally include replacing a timber fender system with a new steel pile supported fender system. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
