Kenai Peninsula Fish Habitat Partnership Strategic Plan Purpose The purpose of the Kenai Peninsula Fish Habitat Partnership is to create and foster effective collaborations to maintain healthy fish, healthy people, healthy habitat, and healthy economies in the Kenai Peninsula Borough.
