Plan for profit distribution or plan for transfer of reserve to share capital for the reporting period reviewed by the Board of Directors Note: The Company's 2020 semi-annual profit distribution plan reviewed and approved by the 13th Meeting of the Fourth Session of the Board of Directors in 2020 is as follows: As of June 30, 2020, the total share capital of the Company was 3,772,016,757 shares. Taking the total share capital on the date of record at the time of the equity distribution after being deducted of 247,856 proposed repurchased restricted shares that are not involved in the equity distribution as the base, the Company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.8 yuan (including tax) every 10 shares to all shareholders. Based on this, a total cash dividend distributed is 678,918,402.18 yuan (including tax), and the cash dividend ratio of the Company for the first half of 2020 is 16.49%. If the total share capital of the Company changes from the date when the above plan is disclosed to the date when the equity is distributed and recorded, the Company intends to maintain the distribution ratio per share unchanged and adjust the total amount distributed accordingly. The above plan still needs to be submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders for deliberation. VI.
