ROYAL DECREE ON CONTROL OF EXPORT ARMAMENTS AND WAR MATERIALS OUT OF THE KINGDOM (NO. 2) B.E. 2552 _____________ BHUMIBOL ADULYADEJ, REX; Given on the 1st of June B.E. 2552: Being the 64th Year of the Present Reign. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej is graciously pleased to proclaim that: Whereas it is expedient to amend the law on control of export armaments and war materials out of the Kingdom; By virtue of section 187 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand and section 3 and section 4 of the Control of Armament Act B.E. 2530 contains certain provisions in relation to the restriction of rights and liberties of a person, in respect of which section 29 in conjunction with section 41 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand so permit by the virtue of law; the Minister of Defense upon the approval of the Council of Ministers hereby issues the Notification as follows: Section 1. This Royal Decree is called the “Royal Decree on Control of Export of Armaments and War Materials out of the Kingdom (No. 2) B.E. 2552”. Section 2. This Act shall come into force as from the day following the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Section 3. The annex of the Royal Decree on Control of Export of Armaments and War Materials out of the Kingdom B.E. 2535 shall be repealed and replaced by the annex of this Royal Decree.
