EMBARGOED UNTIL 26 JUNE 2015 11AM Annex A Terms of Reference and Task Force Members Terms of Reference The Task Force on Youths and Drugs was convened in November 2014 to: a. review the current drug abuse situation among youths and young adults; b. evaluate the current range of measures from preventive education to detection, enforcement, counselling and rehabilitation; and c. recommend strategies to strengthen our approach to tackle drug abuse among youths and young adults.
