Photo by Joan Marcus. FROM THE INTERIM MANAGING DIRECTOR EVERY MOMENT COUNTS There are no unimportant moments in a theatre production. Every word, every cue and every gesture is written, designed and executed with the goal to keep your attention on the unfold- ing story rather than the mechanics by which it is being told. What’s true about performing a play is also true about running a theatre company. Our intention is to keep your focus on the performance itself, which means that we recognize that your every interaction with Arizona Theatre Company – such as receiving an e-mail message, calling with a question, purchasing tickets, visiting our website, making a contribution and more – presents moments for us to be flawless in the execution of our work. We want ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to stand in the way of your having an extraordinary experience with ATC. This season, we are critically evaluating every effort, system and process that comes into contact with you, our audience. Where possible (i.e. affordable) we’ll make improvements immediately. Where unaffordable, we’ll immediately start looking for resources. As passionate as we are about creating perfect moments on stage – so, too are we passionate about providing them to you, as well. Is there a “moment” that you’d like to see us improve? We’d love to hear from you – especially when you can tell us some specific way in which to improve. We are open to ideas big & small! Please send us your comments to [email protected]. Thank you as always, for your support of Arizona Theatre Company.
