The Trust celebrates the unique qualities of each school and partner organisation but also has a shared vision and a common set of values. The Trust aims to develop a community which ensures that pupils and their families are supported across the generations to raise expectations and achievement for all. A Co-operative Trust is independent but agrees to work within a set of internationally agreed values and principles. Temple Learning Academy works very closely with partner schools in the TNLP Trust on common areas of school improvement and resource management. This work is overseen by the TNLP Trust Steering Group – this group includes all the Headteachers of partner schools, who report individually to their Governors.
