I would also like to share my vision for this program, which consists of four areas I work daily to improve: Vision for the Program Develop a program that fosters successful growth in the three-tier structure consisting of person, student and athlete through personal relationships, education and accountability for the complete experience as a student-athlete at Wright State University. Vision for the Person To help develop personal goals, work on them daily and see results of accomplishments yearly.
