He is married and has two children. 07 “ As Türk Loydu, we have continued our development during 2016 and have not compromised our strategic development goals that we identified at the beginning of the year.” Turk Loydu maintains its development and progress The year 2016 was a year that we witnessed many changes and transformations in the political, economic and cultural aspects of Turkey and unfortunately struggled with many problems at the same time. Traitor attacks by the members of terrorist groups, political instability in Middle East, various immigrant problems and the coup attempt undergone in July 15 no doubt negatively affected our country’s economy and naturally many sectors including maritime. According to the last data descriptions of TUIK, Turkish economy had recession at the end of 2016 for the first time after successful economic growth performance proven for many years. Additionally, when considered logistic and freight crises arisen in world economies and surplus capacity, we observe that the activities in the maritime industry which is one of the most important sectors of our country have been adversely affected. Despite all these negative remarks, Turkey is standing firmly with all resistance. In the year 2016, we have maintained our progress as Turk Loydu, we haven’t made any compromises about our strategically improvement goals which we determined in the beginning of the year; we continued “No stopping, growing by keeping our staff as far as possible without downsizing, we both expanded and rejuvenated our ships Continue for striving” portfolio.
