Providing Working Capital to the Working Poor Room 406 Session Designers: Amy Meadows and Jennifer Esterline Microfinance—giving people the financial tools they need to work their way out of poverty—is an increasingly popular area of grantmaking for many foundations. Panelists will include both grantmakers supporting agencies that have received microfinance grants and the recipients that provide microfinance opportunities to low-income communities.
