PART 1 GENERAL Citation and Commencement 1. This Order may be cited as The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - South Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2021 and shall come into force on the first day of June 2021. Definitions 2. In this Order, except where the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings: “Civil Enforcement Officer” means a person authorised under Section 76 TMA to undertake enforcement of parking contraventions (as defined in TMA) and a Parking Attendant is a Civil Enforcement Officer; “Clearway Hours” means: (1) In relation to the length of road specified in Schedule 17 to this order, at any time; (2) In relation to the length of road specified in Schedule 17A to this order, between 6.30am and 8.30am and between 11.30am and 1.30pm and between 3.30pm and 5.30pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive.
