The Brabham Bt62 Welcome

THE BRABHAM BT62 WELCOME Fearlessly determined and continuously pushing boundaries, Brabham Automotive exists to build the most dynamic cars for the champions of tomorrow. Borne of a pedigree that has stood the test of time, Brabham Automotive is a racing dynasty like no other, which drives the company and provides its inspiration. Sir Jack Brabham was a triple Formula world champion and in 1966 became the first - and is still the only - man to win a Formula 1 world championship in a car of his own construction. It’s a feat that is unlikely to ever be matched. Despite only building its first car in 1962, by the mid-1960s Brabham became the largest manufacturer of single-seat racing cars in the world, and by 1970 had built over 500 cars. Today, Brabham remains one of the most iconic motorsport marques with a lineage of champion racers, engineers and innovators. Brabham Automotive continues that rich heritage, driving the Brabham story into the 21st century to once again design and manufacture cars that defy convention. Staying true to Brabham’s proud Anglo-Australian roots, the company has its US, European and Middle Eastern oce in the UK, whilst its Australiasian and Asian oce is based in Adelaide, South Australia, where the BT62 is also manufactured. 2 |BRABHAM AUTOMOTIVE 3 | BRABHAM AUTOMOTIVE MEET THE BRABHAM BT62 4 |BRABHAM AUTOMOTIVE 5 | BRABHAM AUTOMOTIVE KEY HIGHLIGHTS: • Brabham 5.4l naturally aspirated V8 engine • 710ps / 700bhp • 972kg • Up to 1,600kg of downforce • Track or road variants THE BRABHAM BT62 available • Right or left hand drive available The Brabham BT62 has been designed and engineered to demand more from its driver.
