GENERAL GUIDELINES APPLICABLE FOR LDs / SLDs / RLDs: Applicant can be an Individual or a Partnership Firm or a Co-operative Society. ELIGIBILITY:You should be / have: 1. Indian by nationality. 2. Basic business acumen for understanding and managing a distribution business. 3. Professional Experience of managing a sales team. 4. Professional Experience of managing a Distribution Network in the field of Lubricants / FMCG / Tyres / Batteries / Paints / Auto Spares or any other related business. 5. Strong financial background and ability to raise a minimum of Rs. 15 Lakhs for RLD as working capital on continuous basis. 6. Good infrastructure: Office &Godown at a prominent place close to Lube Markets. 7. Minimum pass in matriculation / SSC or recognized equivalent(in case of individual or partnership applicants). Preference will be given to graduates. 8. Not less than 21 and not more than 60 years of age as on the date of the application. Notes: Candidate should not have any criminal record.
