There are efforts to keep all the teachers with the latest developments by organising seminarsi orientation couraee etc*^ Teachers are prepared to meet the ari- eins neBdss Academic pxogxammea are pushed at two levels* ^t the Taluks levQl general orientation was given to subject' teachers in tfh6ir reapeotive aubdects as per the new enriched eyllabus. Shikahak Bhavan is under oons«. truotion in each taluk headquarters. Kunigal shikshak Bhavan is completed. Madhugiri and Tiptur Shikshak Bhavans are under rapid progiess. ^t present the taluks level programmes arc conducted i the Junior oollegee located at the Taluk Headquarters in the tal not having shikshak Bhavan. With the newly started 3 Un aided Private Primary Sahoolfi, the total pr&vato schools sro iiided Unaided Total 14 16 30 Tlic total Nursery Schools are Aided Unaided Total 14 23 37 There ia land attached to several institutions in the district, 399 institutions have nearly 1800 acres of land, Tliere haa been efforts for proper use of the land during this year and in the coming years# iibout 30 pumpsete liave been installe In .30 institutions hnve adequate land for cultivation. Unfortunate most of these pump sets are under repair. The Block Development Officeis are requested to make arrangements to repairs all these pumpsets and make them available to the institutions in good condl tions so that cultivation work can be renewed.
