Vincent Dureil is a master farmer and winemaker, basically a workaholic, and he produces wines of absolute grace. Wines that are texturally lucious but never flabby. Wines that are crisp but never jarring. People often debate what is a wine’s biggest marker. The grape, the vineyard from which it came, or the wine- maker’s hand? Vincent’s focus is everywhere, so in this case the answer is all of the above.
