VRY2 Logistic Park LLP has proposed to develop the logistic park on a land measuring 79,476.63m for the storage of other than agro product. The project provides the warehousing facilities/logistics services to other parties. 79,476.63 sq.m.(19.63 acres) It is a logistic park and the revenue documents are attached as Annexure-II. sq.m. 11,921.49 sq.m. No negative impact is anticipated of the activity on the existing facilities adjacent to the site. The project site is surrounded by barren land. Hence, no significant impact on land use is expected due to construction of logistic park. The area is free from any eco-sensitive zone. The project enhances the ecological condition of the adjoining areas due to development of extensive green belt within its premises. 1.4 Will there be any significant land disturbance resulting in erosion, subsidence & instability? (Details of soil type, slope analysis, vulnerability to subsidence, seismicity etc may be given). The project will not involves significant change in land profile and disturbance in natural setting of the area. The project will not be disturbed the natural vegetation and have also facilitate in Soildeveloping type green area in the project site. The details of soil type etc are given below:- : The soil is dominantly sandy loam with medium water holding capacity and slightly Seismicityalkaline. It is alluvial in nature and fertile. : The area falls under seismic zone IV and susceptible to earthquake. All civil structures are seismically resistant and designed as per IS codes.
