We understand the business issues of managing large distribution fleets and mobile sales; we’ve successfully deployed systems for many of the world’s leading fast moving consumer brands as well as many of the leading brands in the Middle East”. He continued “Add to that the superlative performance of RoutePro32 Software, running on what is now recognised as the industry’s leading mobile computer, combine it with the availability of local hardware and software support, and you come up with the best possible solution for DRC i.e. Intermec!” With more than 100 distribution trucks supplying around 12,000 outlets in the UAE, it is essential that DRC are able to manage the data collected from their mobile operations as efficiently as possible. With this growth more demands have been made on our Sales, Distribution and Finance departments. The Intermec solution will enable us to gain better visibility and control of our sales force, giving us tighter control on cash collections and on receivables. We will have a faster competitive readiness to pricing and promotions, allowing us to respond to the market through targeted and specific customer and product marketing programmes” .He continued “The solution will provide more effective management of Key ‘Performance Indicators’ such as the number and type of products sold by customer per route, which is of vital importance within our industry”.
