Tulsa also received goal- tender Hayden Hawkey from Allen, sending the ECHL rights to defenseman Miles Liberati to the Americans. Both of the players acquired by the Oilers have played in the BOK Center in the past. Hawkey made his pro debut at the BOK Center last year with the Kansas City Mavericks, and McNicholas played all three games for the Indy Fuel when they came to town Jan. 20-23 — finishing the week with two points. WESTERN CONFERENCE McNicholas comes in with the second-best plus-minus on the team, ranks sixth in STANDINGS (WIN PCT) point getters on the campaign, and fourth in goals. His sixth power-play assists are 1. WICHITA (.670) second-best behind defenseman Garret Cockerill. 2. FORT WAYNE - (.667) SCOUTING THE RUSH 3. ALLEN - (.646) Tonight marks the first time these two teams have played at the BOK Center this 4. UTAH (.558) season, but the Oilers have traveled to Rapid City twice this season. The season 5. KANSAS CITY - (.523) series is level at 3-3 coming in to tonight, with the Oilers winning two of three in 6. RAPID CITY (.500) the first, three-game series, and with Rapid City winning two in the second series. 7. TULSA (.489) The Oilers, over the last five seasons, have had more success at Rushmore Plaza Civic Center than they have in Tulsa. When playing in Rapid City, the Oilers are 9-7-2-0, but the Oilers are 3-8-2-2 when hosting the Rush the past five seasons, including several overtime and 1-goal games. Rapid City is led by a high-octane top unit, sporting two of the top six point getters in the ECHL — Tyler Coulter and Peter Quenneville. For the third-consecutive week, the Oilers are playing the team directly above them in the standings.
