Comments were also able to be provided directly to the project team by email. The tables starting on the following page present the comments received up to the close of the comment period on March 17, 2017. The responses are organized as follows: Table D1: o What do you like about the Preliminary Preferred Route? (What are its strengths, advantages? What's good about it? What make a lot of sense or resonates most strongly?) o How can we make things better? (How can the Preliminary Preferred Route be improved, refined, strengthened?)
