The case-studies have been prepared based on desk research and with the replies to the stakeholder consultation. Each case study has been drafted by a national legal expert according to a template. A different template was used in the cross-border case since it covers only certain cross-border aspects. Each report is accompanied by quantitative data collection covering the available data
