RALLY GUIDE 1. Introduction and welcome The Rally Terra da Auga reaches its 8th edition after a difficult year due to the social helth situation, but with a newest illusion in order to face a new challenge: getting up the international status and the FIA European pre-inspection. This requieres a major structural transformation, in which the Service Park moved to Amio Fairground at Santiago de Compostela, the galizian capital where is planned the protocolary ceremony and the arrival and Prize Giving. Nevertheless, the rally itinerary consolidate its placement in the zone of Arzúa (where is placed the Official Start), Boimorto, Boqueixón, O Pino and Touro. Regarding the colaboration of these Councils, Diputación Provincial de A Coruña, the Sporting General Secretariat of Xunta de Galicia and the Consejo Superior de Deportes (maximium sporting authority in Spain) through the Real Federación Española de Automovilismo, in the adittion of new companies that lend us their trust as partners, we can keep this projet alive. With them, as always, the invaluable colaboration of the Civil Protection services and the indispensables volunteers and marshalls of the event, we continue trying to add effectives with the effort of a lot of motor clubs. Our objective is to conquer a motorsport event in which all the people feel like at home, but with the máximum socio-sanitary security measures. Crews needing an specific emplacement, must indicate this at entry form. It would be assigned based on existing availability. Anyother especific petition must be compulsory made in the entry form and only would be attended based on organizers possibilities. Competitos may choose to carry out reconnaissance of SS 0 and shakedown on Thursday instead of Friday. Participants will carry out the reconnaissances following the order of the assigned stages -with the exception of the shakedown for those entered in it- with the only time limitation of the general start and finish times. The groups for the day on Friday will be formed by dividing the participating vehicles according to the number assigned on the entry list and their participation in the promotion cups. The máximum speed during reconnaissance of special stages is fixed at 50 Km/h. 9.
