As a courtesy to the performers and fellow concert-goers, please silence all cell phones prior to the performance. 6 7 Louis Scaglione: President & Music Director Maestro Scaglione has taken the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra on several international concert tours, including The World Youth Music Forum in Moscow, Russia in 1998; Czech Republic and Italy in 2000; and China in 2002. In 2004, the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra per- formed in eastern and central Europe. In 2007, Maestro Scaglione conducted the Philadelphia Youth Orchestra during its tour of Brazil, where they performed to sold-out venues in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
