Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 The Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way for the County of Norfolk To: Norfolk County Council Of: County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2SG I, Ian Michael Witham of The Hollies, Church Lane, Edingthorpe, Norfolk NR28 9TJ hereby apply for an order under Section 53(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 modifying the definitive map and statement for the area by: adding to the particulars of the restricted byway from the Thorpe Market Road to the Northrepps Road opposite the north western end of Footpath No. 6 in the parish of Southrepps by providing that the width is that shown excluded from the hereditaments on the Finance Act 1910 Valuation Plan and that there are no limitations or conditions on the use of the route by the public and shown on the map accompanying this application.
