Not all districts provided data up to 2025/26. Where data is not available cells have been greyed out. HMA figures have been calculated by summing their districts- HMA totals are only calculated for as many years as data is available for all their districts. In some instances 2001/02 figures have been taken from data collected for the 2001/02 Annual Monitoring Report Two target figures have been provided, the annual average requirement from the Draft RSS and an average annual requirement calculated from the 5 year targets given in the RSS Proposed Changes. Districts have used estimates obtained from SHLAA studies where available, elsewhere they are best estimates of known supply, including uncommitted sites. All districts are considered to have complied with the CLG guidance on production of housing supply figures for trajectories.
