There is also more than throwing up a sign and have people sign up for a show. There is so much more to it. It is also very sad to cut someone. We don0t want them to go up onto the stage and humiliate themselves and not want to do it again. We want the per- formers to come ack ne1t year and give it all they0'e got. Students also run the show. We have studens do the tech under their advisor, Mr. Temple. We had 2lyde 37 th grade5, 6onathan 37th grade5, Dan 37 th grade5 and Danny 37th grade5. The tech was very good this year" I think it is much cooler that kids are running the show. We also had a vote to 8nd the charity the money was going to. As a result of a vote conducted in the 7th, 7th, and 8th grade Social Studies class, all proceeds went to St. 6ude’s 2hildren’s Reseach Hospital and the Dutchess 2ounty S.P.2.A. We send a le<er along with the money which was in the amount of 1,275 dollars this year" I do it ecause I like to do it. I don’t get payed for it, I volunteer. I want to stay independent. Mrs. Temple was a great co-producer for the last 2 years. I thought some of the est acts for this year were si1th graders. Payton Gardner, and Vinh Tran. I’m happy they will e here at LAMS for the ne1t two years.
