Aircraft regularly cleaned and treated with ACF-50, LPS3, and paralketone, LPS3 applied as protection. LPS1,LPS2, LPS3 per LPS lubrication and corrosion control manual. Aircraft was regularly hangered since acquisition in 1999, with exception of one winter on open ramp at SXQ, during that time engine covered, snow removal and security checks daily. Aircraft, engine, propeller times since overhaul and total times reviewed and calculated. Since engine overhaul @ 4564(per original tach) a replacement tach with previous accumulated hours was installed. Subsequently the mechanical tach hour meter ceased operation and a digital tach was installed. Digital tach set to reference 2500rpm for flight time calculation, this is same calibration as OEM mechanical tach. The actual engine operation time is digital tach reading plus 22.2 hours due to flight time during mechanical tach recording malfunction. The recorded times are consistent and per regulatory guidance for TBO and maintenance scheduling regarding wheels up time and will normally be less than clock time. Actual clock time would be used for logging pilot flight hours. Aircraft and component times have been recorded per GPS flight time for maintenance and per electronic tach for reference. @ TTAF 4564 1) cabin floor corrosion control and paint 2) firewall corrosion control and paint 3) engine mount corrosion control and paint 4) NLG clean, paint, service kit installed SK172-1F scissors new bushings, sleeves, bolts 5) MLG springs removed, gear boxed cleaned, corrosion control, springs corrosion control, primed, painted – gear springs reinstalled torqued 6) engine mount reinstalled / new mounts and bolts 7) engine reinstalled after overhaul / new Lord mounts and bolts 8) new anti-chafe baffle seals installed 9) new cowl Lord mounts and studs installed 10) new engine controls installed throttle S1230-9/mixture S1777-1 /carb heat ???/starter S1779-3/fuel strainer S1517-7 11) new sceet ducting installed 12) engine winter jackets installed @ TTAF 4550 1) elevator control cables new MC0400107-105/-109 2) elevator pulleys new AN210-3B/MS24566 3) elevator o/b hinge bearings new S1003-65A/bushings 0432003-1 4) rudder control cables new MC0400107-149/-150 5) rudder pulleys new AN210-3B 6) rudder hinge bearings new bronze bushings 0532104 S1866-3 7) all new bolts, nuts, washers 8) vertical fin removed, corrosion control, reinstalled 9) nutplates removed, nuts and bolts installed, terminate AD80-11-04 10) new clevis at left rudder control MS27975-3 11) controls rigged and safetied 12) new NLG steering rod ends S1107-3 .
