SIMCOE PILSNER / CARAPILS / MUNICH LIGHT PASSIONFRUIT, APRICOT CRISP, CITRUS COURGETTE AND GOAT’S CHEESE PIZZA WILD SWAN WHITE GOLD PALE ALE 3.5% Wild Swan is white gold in colour and pours with a pure white head. It has aromas of light bitter lemon with a hint of herb and subtle spiciness. Light bodied and easy drinking the flavours are crisp and dry with a lingering citrus, hoppy finish. Summer in a glass! CRYSTAL, AMARILLO, CHINOOK MARIS OTTER PALE LEMON, FLORAL CITRUS, GRASSY PRAWN TEMPURA GEMINUS IMPERIAL RYE IPA 8.5% A Thornbridge classic that we last brewed in 2012, Geminus is a heavy-hitting, Imperial Rye IPA. It’s an alluring amber colour, with a pleasant sweetness and subtle spice from the rye addition. This is balanced by a distinct and powerful hop bill, selected to complement the malts, with flavours of candied apricot and grapefruit in abundance. CITRA, ELLA, VIC SECRET, COLUMBUS LOW COLOUR MARIS OTTER, WHEAT MALT, CARAMALT, RYE MALT BRONZE MANGO, GRAPEFRUIT APRICOT, SPICE STICKY BBQ RIBS ZINGIBER SOUR WITH ORANGE, GINGER & STAR ANISE 5.0% We were very excited to work with the highly respected Young Master Brewery from Hong Kong. We combined our knowledge of creating distinct and remarkable sours, coming up with a fantastic trio of additions we feel work really well in harmony. We utilised orange zest for the sour enhancement and a moderate touch of ginger and star anise for the Asian influence. Zingiber is light, zingy and beautifully drinkable with all the character from each carefully selected ingredient creating a true experiential journey. LOW COLOUR MARIS OTTER, WHEAT MALT, CARAMALT PASSIONFRUIT, MELON MINT, CITRUS SPARKLING, TROPICAL LIME MARINATED TUNA STEAKS RIFFLE WEST COAST IPA 7.0% A Riffle is a reach of stream where shallow, fast-moving water is broken by the presence of rocks and boulders. Riffles are found both near us here in Derbyshire and in Suffolk, near our friends at Burnt Mill Brewery. The beer itself is our collective take on a West Coast IPA, with an exceptionally pale malt base and a careful combination of both classic and modern us hop varieties, giving a crisp, clean beer full of tropical and piney aromatics.
