Commencement 本命令—— This Order comes into operation— (a) 就所有關乎 2015 年區議會一般選舉的目的而言—— (a) for all purposes relating to the District Council 自 2015 年 1 月 30 日起實施；及 ordinary election in 2015—on 30 January 2015; and (b) 在沒有根據 (a) 段開始實施的範圍內——自 2016 年 (b) in so far as it has not come into operation under 1 月 1 日起實施。 paragraph (a)—on 1 January 2016. 2. 釋義 2.
