Click Here for Video Stack the Sneakers Back Demonstration Equipment- 10-15 pairs of sneakers of sneakers/shoes, item to create home base (plate, cone, cup) Set Up- Make a pile of shoes/sneakers in the middle of players. Place home bases equal distance from shoe pile. Directions: ● Object is to stack the sneakers/shoes on top of one another to create a tall stack of shoes. ● When signal begins, go to stack and take 1 shoe/sneaker and place it on your home base. ● Repeat taking 1 shoe/sneaker at a time until all sneakers/shoes are gone from the middle pile ● It is okay if your stack falls. Fix the stack before you go and get another shoe. ● When all sneakers/shoes have been stacked, count and score 1 point for each shoe on the stack. ● Record score on Field Day score card. Shoe Balance Challenge Back Equipment- Towel, sneaker/shoe, open space, time/stopwatch Set Up- Place a towel on the ground, take off 1 of your shoes. Choose to start either on your back with 1 foot up OR on your belly with 1 foot bent up. Bottle Flip Challenge Back Equipment- table/ground, ¼ filled water bottle Set Up- Cleared tabletop or ground. For every 3 jumping jacks you complete, you earn 2 bottle flips. Stand back about 10 feet away from basket. Directions: ● Object of the game is to score as many points as you can in 1 minute. ● Toss the ball to the wall. The ball should bounce off the wall and land in the basket for 1 point. ● The ball must bounce off the wall before landing in the basket. ● Throw/Toss 1 ball at a time. ● You have 1 minute. ● Record most number completed on the Field Day Scorecard Keep It Up Back Equipment- 1-5 balloons (or sockballs, any kind of ball you can hit with your hand) Set Up- open space (indoor or outside) Click Here for Video Directions: Demonstration ● Object is to keep balloons/items up in the air, striking with your hands for as many times as you can for 1 minute. ● Do not let items hit the ground. Demonstration ● 2 ways to play- Solo or against a player ● Solo Challenge- Carry the ball by putting it between your knees and waddling back and forth for 1 minute.
