Services AGREEMENT This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the County of Cook, a public body corporate of the State of Illinois, on behalf of Office of the Chief Procurement Officer hereinafter referred to as “County” and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., doing business as a corporation of the State of Delaware, hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”, pursuant to authorization by the Cook County Board of Commissioners on July 30, 2020, as evidenced by Board Authorization letter attached hereto as EXHIBIT “1”. BACKGROUND The County of Cook issued a Request for Qualifications “RFQ” for Traffic Engineering Services.
