The Health Officials will check the list, prior to temperature scan and screening questions. 6. You will then proceed to the COVID screening station – HAVE YOUR CELL PHONE READY FOR THE QR CODE. Once the code is scanned you will complete the COVID/Contact Tracing questionnaire and your temperature will be taken. This will be performed by medical personnel. 7. ATTENTION JOCKEYS: There will be a mandatory meeting of apprentice jockeys with the Stewards at 11:45 a.m. followed by a meeting of all jockeys at 12:00 at the Stewards Stand. ALL RIDERS MUST ATTEND. All jockeys are reminded to check-in with the Clerk of Scales one hour prior to post time for the first race and report his/her engagement(s) and overweight, if any. NOTE: Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited in the stable tent area. 9. There will be an officials meeting at the Stewards Stand at 12:15 p.m. 10. There will be a mandatory pre-race veterinarian exam beginning at 9:00 a.m. with Dr. Kathy Anderson, Dr. Charles Arensberg, and Dr. Bernadette Loomis-Smith. Only horses that passed pre-race exam will proceed to LASIX VET. LASIX HORSES MUST BE ON THE GROUNDS 4 HOURS PRIOR TO POST TIME FOR THEIR SCHEDULED RACE. ALL HORSES MUST BE ON THE GROUNDS 2 HOURS PRIOR TO POST TIME FOR THE FIRST RACE UNLESS EXCUSED BY THE STEWARDS FOR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. Foal papers are not required to be on file with the Horse Identifier at the races providing the horse can be properly identified; and tattoos or microchips are required for all horses, with a one-time exception providing the horse can be identified by its markings. All scratches must be made no later than one hour prior to post time for the first race. 11. NO STABLING TENT. All horses will be saddled at the vans and proceed to the paddock. 12.
