The Pennsylvania Hunt Cup race course was inspected by Brooke Boyer on 10/19/2020. Turf: Mix of fescue and pasture grasses 5-8 inches in height. Smoothness: The course is smooth on the Plumsted side and rougher on the former Weymouth property. Compaction: 80-100 (yielding) The footing is good. Moisture: In general moisture between 8-10 (average wet to wet). There is one small low area on the former Weymouth property which showed more moisture. Notes: We had 2” of rain last week and one day of rain in the forecast for the week leading up to the races.

When the call for RIDERS UP is announced, you will still be wearing your mask, get straight on your horse and then go directly out onto the race course. At this point, the mask can be pulled down. THERE WILL BE NO STANDING AROUND THE PADDOCK SOCIALIZING. 10. After the race, all horses will return to the paddock area where their grooms will collect them and return to their van/trailers. 11.
