A Inrge number of expci3t,rhare been retained in the pemiancnt office, ancl with their services available, and the proper aclvance preparation, it is possible that the period bctwecn enumeration ~uclthe publication of thc rcsults of the Thirteenth Census can be rcclucccl to eighteen months.
