If your child was born outside of these dates, please see page 42 for further information. Please read it carefully if you live in the Borough of Wandsworth and have a child transferring to secondary school, or live elsewhere and wish to apply for a secondary school in Wandsworth. The booklet contains details of the eleven state-funded secondary schools in Wandsworth. To apply for a place at any of these schools you must complete the form provided by the borough in whose area you live, or apply online by visiting the borough’s website. Applying online • Log on to www.wandsworth.gov.uk/admissions and click on ‘apply online’ • Click on ‘Register to apply online’ and enter your email address • You will receive an email with a username and a link. You must click on the link to validate your email address • You will then receive a second email with your username and password to apply online (a link to the start of the application process is available in this email) • Follow the simple instructions on the screen to complete the online form and submit your application • The system will tell you if a school you have selected requires a supplementary information form. You can complete and post a paper form in the back of this booklet. Alternatively, you can download a form from the website and scan or save it in ‘PDF’ or ‘jpeg’ format and send it electronically with your online application. • You will be taken to a confirmation page and given an application reference number.
