The date of the opening of the commercial bids will be intimated to the qualified Bidders before the due date through Email or Telephone. 2. Page 5 of 136 Executive Overview Rastriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan is a centrally sponsored scheme working under Rajya Madhyamik Shiksha Mission, Chhattisgarh to provide quality education at secondary level since 2009-10 in the State. As per new educational policy computer education is becoming a regular part of curriculum. ICT scheme gives emphasis to use of modern technology in regular study by students as well as teachers. ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Government of Chhattisgarh has decided to do Tender for supply, commissioning and maintenance of Hardware’s and services under ICT Scheme. The Hardware’s will be procured in a transparent manner through competitive bidding process. RMSA invites Tenders through Competitive Bid for supply, commissioning and services of Hardware’s as per the Technical specification given in this Tender document for supply as above. RFP is in 2 Main part below: 1. Hardware Components 2. Field Management Services (FMS) and AMC Rates for above should be valid for atleast 1 (one) year. The Successful Bidder(s) should work closely with the Government of Chhattisgarh departments involved in implementing of project and ensure success of the programme. This notice does not in any manner impose any legal obligations on RMSA or confer any rights on any other party in respect of the contents herein. Any contractual obligations or rights shall always be subject to a final and binding written contract executed between RMSA and the party claiming such contractual obligations or rights. RMSA has the sole discretion to accept or reject any of the submissions without assigning any reasons. Responses submitted through Agents / Intermediaries will not be considered.
