Page 5 of 136 Executive Overview Rastriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan is a centrally sponsored scheme working under Rajya Madhyamik Shiksha Mission, Chhattisgarh to provide quality education at secondary level since 2009-10 in the State. As per new educational policy computer education is becoming a regular part of curriculum. ICT scheme gives emphasis to use of modern technology in regular study by students as well as teachers. ABOUT THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) The Government of Chhattisgarh has decided to do Tender for supply, commissioning and maintenance of Hardware’s and services under ICT Scheme. The Hardware’s will be procured in a transparent manner through competitive bidding process. RMSA invites Tenders through Competitive Bid for supply, commissioning and services of Hardware’s as per the Technical specification given in this Tender document for supply as above. RFP is in 2 Main part below: 1. Hardware Components 2. Field Management Services (FMS) and AMC Rates for above should be valid for atleast 1 (one) year. The Successful Bidder(s) should work closely with the Government of Chhattisgarh departments involved in implementing of project and ensure success of the programme. Any contractual obligations or rights shall always be subject to a final and binding written contract executed between RMSA and the party claiming such contractual obligations or rights.
