Memory A. Wright Scholarship Application 2020 Purpose: In accordance with the aims of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Upsilon Lambda Chapter has established this scholarship for an African American Male high school senior who aspires to obtain an undergraduate degree. The purpose of this scholarship is to financially assist the student in their pursuit of post-secondary academic goals. Eligibility: African American male Must be a US citizen Flint area resident 2.5 GPA or higher *The scholarship does NOT restrict the student’s choice of school or academic pursuit Amount: $2,000 over 4 years ($500/yr.) This scholarship is intended to cover tuition, fees, course related expenses, books, supplies, and equipment. Proof of college enrollment and satisfactory progress must be presented each academic year before the ensuing award is issued.
