Tender documents can be obtained from the date of publication of invitation of bids in the newspaper from any of the below mentioned offices, upon written request accompanied with attested copies of enlistment / upto date renewal letter, PEC license, Identity Card of contractor / managing partner / director of the firm along with registered power of attorney and on payment of prescribed tender fee deposited in shape of original Challan Form-32-A deposited in National Bank of Pakistan, Jauharabad under Head of Account C-02716-Others in favour of Executive Engineer Highway Division Khushab:- i) Chief Engineer (North), Punjab Highway Department, Lahore. ii) Commissioner, Sargodha Division, Sargodha. iii) Deputy Commissioner, Khushab. iii) Superintending Engineer, Highway Circle, Sargodha. iv) Executive Engineer Highway Division Khushab. v) Assistant Commissioner, Concerned. Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender documents. No rebate on tendered rates will be acceptable. Tender documents will be issued from the date of publication upto 13.08.2021 and will be received on 16.08.2021 from 02:00 PM to 02:30 PM and will be opened at 03.00 PM simultaneously in the offices of Chief Engineer (North), Punjab Highway Department, Lahore and Commissioner Sargodha Division, Sargodha on fixed date and time by the respective Tenders Opening Committee at the above venues in the presence of intending contractors or their authorized representatives. The conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of the estimated cost in shape of CDR only from any scheduled Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, Highway Division Khushab and attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney in case of firms will not be entertained.
