Coinciding with Leigh’s solo exhibition at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, ​ long-term installation on the High Line, and participation in the Whitney Biennial, the cover depicts Zendaya as one of Leigh’s majestic sculptures, which honor the agency of black women and their power to inhabit worlds of their own creation.
