“Puppy Summer Fun Expo” Dog-Friendly Free Shuttle Bus Arrangements and Rules 1. The organiser will provide free dog-friendly buses from Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories to AsiaWorld-Expo. 2. All passengers must present valid admission tickets on the day of event before boarding. 3. The shuttle bus schedule and route are arranged as follows. For the “Taikoo - Olympic - AsiaWorld-Expo” route, the schedule refers to taking Taikoo as the starting point. It takes about 20 minutes from Taikoo to Olympic. If passengers choose to board at Olympic, please reserve time and get prepared in advance. 5. For the “Sha Tin - Tsuen Wan - AsiaWorld-Expo” route, the schedule refers to taking Sha Tin as the starting point. It takes about 15 minutes from Sha Tin to Tsuen Wan. If passengers choose to board at Tsuen Wan, please reserve time and get prepared in advance. 6. In order to comply with the Airport Authority Bylaw (Cap 483A) on “keeping animals under control”, the organiser will arrange a free dog-friendly bus from the SkyCity Carpark parking lot to the venue of AsiaWorld-Arena. This loop line trip takes about 10 minutes, with the buses arrive at 15-minute intervals. Owners who bring their dogs and drive to AsiaWorld-Expo must transfer to this shuttle bus. They are not allowed to walk to the venue with their dogs. 7. The organiser will try its best to ensure accurate bus schedule and boarding locations. However, the organiser also reserves the right to change relevant details without any prior notice. Rules: 1. When the bus is moving, all passengers must remain seated for safety. 2. All dogs must be on leash and accompanied by owners at all times on the bus. Dogs over 20kg must be securely muzzled. 3. Fighting dogs (including Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Japanese Tosa, Fila Braziliero and their crossbreeds) and known dangerous dogs must be securely muzzled and held on a leash not longer than 1.5 metres at all times in public places. They must also wear special collars. 4. Owing to the large number of dogs in the bus, passengers need to pay attention to their own and their dogs’ safety. In case of any accident, the organiser will not bear any responsibility. 5. Passengers must keep the carriage clean and hygienic, and the owners must also prepare relevant supplies in advance and clean up their dogs’ excrement. 6. Eating or drinking is prohibited on the bus. 7. The organiser accepts no liability and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental or consequential loss or damage) from passengers’ access to the bus. If accident happens due to the negligence of the bus drivers, passengers shall follow up with the bus company commissioned by the organiser. 8. If the organiser deems that someone’s behavior is offensive or annoying, or has caused danger to other passengers, the organiser may refuse the person to board the bus or request to get off the bus during the journey. 9. The organiser reserves the right to final decision on all related issues. 7 .
